16 ARRESTED IN PROBATION SWEEP IN A.V.Byline: Daily News PALMDALE -- Twelve teenagers and four adults were arrested Friday as law enforcement officers checked homes of people on probation for graffiti vandalism to see whether they are violating the terms of their probation.
