The Education Students Society and The Science and Math Education Center at the American University of Beirut are organizing their Fifteenth Annual Science, Math and Technology Fair on the weekend of May 9th - 10th, 2009.The opening ceremony will be held at Assembly Hall on May 9 at 2pm. The fair will run from 3pm to 7pm on May 9 and from 11am to 6pm on May 10. This fair continues a tradition that was established by the Education Students Society a decade and a half ago. To reward an individual, especially an experimental subject, with a reinforcer subsequent to a desired response or performance. 3. schools' efforts in developing students' scientific and mathematical inquiry and critical thinking skills. It tries to provide an opportunity for students to take the initiative in their learning, and to learn to work creatively and collaboratively. The fair involves schools, K-12 students, and parents as well as university students and professors, bringing learning out of the typical classroom environment.
