 (the "Company") today announced the expiration of its exchange offer of newly issued 8 3/4% Senior Notes due 2012 which have been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission for all of the 8 3/4% Senior Notes due 2012 which were sold pursuant to Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). One hundred percent (100%) of our old notes were successfully exchanged for new notes. The new notes will be issued following authentication by The Bank of New York The Bank of New York, abbrieviated to BNY, was a global financial services company that existed until its merger with the Mellon Financial Corporation on July 2, 2007.[1] The bank now continues under the new name of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.  Trust Company, N.A., the exchange agent and trustee for the notes, and settlement through the Depository Trust Company Depository Trust Company (DTC)
