LLC - Logical Link Control (the "Company") today announced that on December 15, 2006, it amended its Credit Agreement with Wells Fargo Foothills, Inc. The amendment changes the agreement by removing the financial covenant requirements that obligated ob·li·gate tr.v. ob·li·gat·ed, ob·li·gat·ing, ob·li·gates 1. To cause to be grateful or indebted; oblige. the Company to meet certain minimum EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) A metric used to show a company's profitability, but not its cash flow. EBITDA became popular in the 1980s to show the potential profitability of leveraged buyouts, but has become levels, maximum senior leverage ratios and minimum and maximum capital expenditure levels. The amendment also modifies the definition of Maximum Revolver Amount to mean the lesser of $15,000,000 or 60% of the amount of the most recent appraisal of the liquidation value of the Real Property Collateral (as defined in the Credit Agreement).
