152 Madison Ave. attracts flurry of boutique companies.

Winoker Realty Company has signed several new leases and renewals at 152 Madison Avenue, in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan.

The Winoker Realty team of Ira Fishman, executive vice president; David Danick, director; and Clifford Moskowitz, associate; represented the landlord, Heskel's Paramount LLC.

The law firm Mitofsky, Shapiro, Neville and Hazen LLP signed a new, 5,000 s/f lease for a ten-year term. The firm will move into the second floor space in August 2007. The new tenant was represented by David C. Berkey of L&L Holding LLC.

CDY Ventures LLC signed a new, 1,166 s/f lease for a five-year term. Living's Jodi Beaubien negotiated on behalf of the tenant.

Other new leases signed include H Associates' 1,411-square-foot deal on the 17th floor, Lincoln Travel's new five-year, 1,409 s/f lease on the eighth floor and a 1,189 s/f, five-year lease for Go! Accountants on the 14th floor.

"152 Madison Avenue is a prime corner property for smaller boutique tenants seeking space in a prestigious neighborhood," said Fishman. "The Murray Hill building is located at the corner of Madison Avenue and 32nd Street and features a traditional art deco style lobby."

The following transactions were also completed: Pro-Tel consulting, LLC signed a new, two-year lease for 784 square feet on the 8th floor; Euronet Language Services, Inc. signed a new five-year lease for 842 feet on the 19th floor; Bebe Girdle Corp. agreed to a five-month renewal for its 538 s/f space on the 11th floor.

Originally constructed in 1928, 152 Madison Avenue is a well-maintained, 100,000 s/f asset that offers an attended lobby and 24-hour access.
