More than 150 of New York City's top residential brokers attended Alchemy Properties's recent open house at 57 Bond St., the newest condominium development in the vibrant NoHo district. While previewing the luxurious new model loft residence, guests enjoyed a spicy Cajun lunch while listened to the best of Bourbon Street jazz.
