150,000 s/f in renewals at Merritt 7.


Two leases totaling 150,414 s/f have been signed at Merritt 7 Corporate Park in Norwalk, announced Albert D. Phelps, Inc., the managing and leasing agent for the property owner, Merritt 7 Venture, L.L.C.

Financial Accounting Foundation leased 65,665 s/f on the 5th and 6th floors of 401 Merritt 7 for a seven-year term. FAF FAF

"Tenant retention is high on the priority list at Merritt 7 and we were delighted to renew and restructure FAF's lease," said JoAnn McGrath, director of leasing for Merritt 7 Corporate Park.
