"The fact that 15 of the most prestigious medical centers in the country now make MD Consult available to their medical professionals validates the need for and the value of name-brand clinical resources online," said Jerry Freeland, president of MD Consult, L.L.C., and 30-year veteran of the medical reference publishing industry. "While there is a glut of free medical information on the Internet, physicians recognize it can be hard to find, it is not always reliable and it is often quite limited in scope. Our subscribers find MD Consult a welcome change."
