Archon Group, L.P. announced it has signed a long-term lease agreement with Cadbury Adams Cadbury Adams, a subsidiary of Cadbury Schweppes, is a confectionery company producing candy, gum, breath mints and cough drops headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. The company was formed after Cadbury Schweppes purchased the Adams brand from Pfizer in 2003 for $4.  for a 148,000 s/f, state-of-the-art science and technology facility on Route 10 in Hanover township Hanover Township may refer to:

, N.J. Cadbury Adams intends to use this facility to expand its innovation capabilities and develop new gum, mint and candy products.

Cadbury Adams' brand portfolio includes such widely recognized products as Bubbaloo, Bubblicious, Certs, Chiclets, Dentyne Fire, Dentyne Ice, Halls, Trident and Trident White.

Archon had previously obtained approvals for a 301,000 s/f class A office building on this and an adjacent site.

The adjacent site remains available for an additional 100,000 s/f development.

The Archon team consisted of San Morreale, director of development and leasing, Fred Arena, director of commercial real estate, Steve Jason, regional counsel, and Tom Monaghan Thomas Stephen "Tom" Monaghan (born March 25, 1937 in Ann Arbor, Michigan) is an entrepreneur and Catholic philanthropist who founded Domino's Pizza in 1960.

Monaghan sold Domino's in 1998 and has subsequently dedicated his time and considerable fortune to Catholic
