 has arranged the leasing of a 13,200-square-foot space at 1400 Broadway for Lasting Impressions, Inc. a leading woman's sportswear company, announces Richard Selig, principal of Hunter.

The tenant was represented by Marc S. Schoen managing director of Hunter. Donna Zavattieri and Sabrina DeMarco of Helmsley-Spear represented the landlord, 1400 Broadway Associates, LLC.
