14 Wall reaches 90% occupancy.

Joshua Zamir, managing principal of Capstone Equities and Daniel Ghadamian, principal of Capstone Equities, announced that 14 Wall Street has reached 90% occupancy from 68% occupancy when purchased in 2007.

The landmark, 37-story building, is located in FiDi (Financial District) between Broadway and Broad Street and directly across from the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)

World's largest marketplace for securities. The exchange began as an informal meeting of 24 men in 1792 on what is now Wall Street in New York City.

"It's wonderful to have accomplished this high level of occupancy of 90%. These new leases show great confidence that companies place locating at 14 Wall Street. With over 220,000 s/f of space leased since the purchase of the building, we will to continue to offer excellent corporate office space to prospective tenants," said Joshua Zamir.

The most recent leases bringing the building to 90% occupancy include, Kable Distribution for 12,500 s/f, Fergus Partnership for 3,500 s/f, EidosMedia for 5,000 square feet, Intway World Corp for 3,000 square feet, and BATS Trading for 6,000 s/f.

Under Capstone Equities, 14 Wall Street has recently completed the renovations of a new lobby, a new state of the art security and camera system by Kastle Systems, a bike rack with capacity for 100 bicycles, all building supplies switched to environmental friendly products, and the start of work on the steam plant and building automation programs that is believed to reduce operating expenses Operating expenses
