14 ARRESTED IN HUNDREDS OF TAGGINGS, VANDALISM.Byline: - Sabrina Decker Seven adults and seven juveniles have been arrested on suspicion of vandalism in a graffiti tagging spree that caused $27,000 in damage, officials said Thursday. The arrests this week concluded a six-month investigation into more than three dozen vandalism cases, in which hundreds of locations - including schools, shopping centers and parks - were spray-painted, inked and etched etch v. etched, etch·ing, etch·es v.tr. 1. a.
