Recommitting to downtown, TD Waterhouse TD Waterhouse is the brand used for both British and Canadian brokerages within the TD Bank Financial Group.

The brand originated as a United States brand for discount brokerage when TD purchased Waterhouse Securities.
 Investor Services, Inc. has signed a 135,594 s/f, 15-year lease at 32 Old Slip a/k/a Financial Square.

The transaction represents a major consolidation of TD Waterhouse's operations, which over a period of 14 years had expanded from its headquarters at 100 Wall Street into three other nearby buildings downtown, at 55 Water Street, 125 Maiden Lane and 39 Broadway.

Moreover, it's a boost for Lower Manhattan Lower Manhattan is the southernmost part of the island of Manhattan, the main island and center of business and government of the City of New York. C&W's Bob Constable said, "Paramount will augment the built-out space to suit TD Waterhouse's specifications. The company plans to take occupancy in 2006."
