Mr. Kuhn says the building is delighted to be welcoming such a large tenant in conjunction with the renovation kickoff.

"We're very pleased for the opportunity to welcome a full-floor tenant to the building, just as our capital improvement program is getting underway," Mr. Kuhn says.

"We look forward to having them as a long-term tenant in a building with such a bright future."

An ambitious $53 million-dollar capital improvement program is about to commence at the building.
