Significant leasing activity at 1359 Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. Gerber, an existing tenant, will be moving to larger quarters from its existing location in the building, and Connecticut-based Rosetta will be establishing its first Manhattan office.

"Ownership has spared no expense to restore and renovate 1359 Broadway and transform it into the premier property in the neighborhood," says Mr. Frantz.
