BENEFITS cheats are being blitzed blitzed

 in the Black Country with action taken on 133 people by one local authority and 500 cases still under investigation.

Wolverhampton Council's benefit fraud officers have investigated and closed files on over 470 cases to date this financial year.

Cabinet member for resources and support, Coun Andrew Johnson, said: "The city council is determined to stamp out to put an end to by sudden and energetic action; to extinguish; as, to stamp out a rebellion s>.
