With its new public face, this 26-story office building with more than 400,000 square feet, enhances its position as a Class A office facility in the Wall Street area.

The entry gallery, central hall and elevator lobbies share a common palette: Flor de Pesco marble, imperial Black marble and Ashrose granite are set in a stainless steel network of accent bars and light fixtures. The existing marble floor was maintained and used to set the scale and rhythm for the new stone. A dramatic vaulted ceiling created from perforated aluminum panels is illuminated by concealed fixtures.

The concierge desk, unifying all building systems and their controls, is a major architectural element located on axis with both the elevator lobbies and the main central hall.
