123 DIE AS PERUVIAN JET CRASHES INTO MOUNTAIN.

A Peruvian commercial jet crashed Thursday Thursday: see week.  night in an Andean Mountain canyon in southern Peru, killing all 123 people aboard, an airport official said.

"Everything was normal," he said.

Calling the area where the plane crashed remote, Dacuna said that rescue crews were on their way.
