12,000 People Compete for One ``$Half-Million Dollar$'' Home; Who Will Be the Lucky Winner?


WHAT:  12,000 Californians will compete for the chance to win ONE
       brand new HOME as well as $100,000 in cash and more than 90
       prizes including first class round trip tickets to Hawaii, a
       Mountain Getaway, plasma TV, and much, much more during the
       Irvine Public Schools Foundation (IPSF) "$Half-Million Dollar$"
       House Raffle!

WHEN/WHERE:

       SATURDAY, JUNE 11th from 3-5 p.m. at Oak Creek Elementary
       School at 1 Dove Creek in Irvine, CA 92618.  School is
       freeway-close by exiting the I-405 at Jeffrey Road and
       proceeding east.  Turn right on Quail Creek, left on
       Royal Oak, and right on Dive Creek to the school.

WHO:   Tons of Ticket holders from Sacramento to San Marcos, Riverside
       to Oceanside and all points NORTH and SOUTH are expected to
       attend.  The event will feature cash and prize drawings as well
       as family-oriented fun including food, games, musical
       performances, and more.

       DON'T MISS THE EXCITEMENT, THE DRAMA, THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF
       LOSING AND THE EXHILARATION OF WINNING!!!

WHY:   The "HALF MILLION DOLLAR" House Raffle is being conducted by
       Irvine Public Schools Foundation to save essential educational
       programs such as art, music, science and after-school programs.
       This year's raffle raised $2.4 million as Californians across
       the state bought tickets in the hopes of winning their American
       Dream of homeownership.
