11th death anniversary of founder of Jinnah University for Women.

KARACHI, August 10, 2009 (Balochistan Times): The 11th death anniversary of founder of Jinnah University for Women, Molvi Riazuddin Ahmed, will be observed on August 11. An announcement on Monday said that Quran Khawani will be arranged at the Universitys Campus on August 11. Meanwhile, a condolence meeting was held on Monday at the Office of the Dean Faculty Arts, to mourn the demise of Ms. Saeeda Qamar, mother of Ms. Surriya Qamar, a senior official of the Jinnah University for Women. It was attended by the Vice-Chancellor, faculty members, staff and students. Quran Khawani was also held for Isal-i-Sawab to the departed soul. Ms. Saeeda Qamar had passed away, after protracted illness, on August 8.
