1199 National Benefit & Pension Funds Chooses IMNET/SoftNet Information Solution.


ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 1996--IMNET Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:IMNT) and SoftNet Systems, Inc. have contracted to implement an electronic information solution at 1199 National Benefit & Pension Fund.

SoftNet, an IMNET business partner, distributes IMNET's Electronic Information Warehouse(TM) on a "private label" basis and will integrate the package with 1199's currently installed SYNTONIC syn·ton·ic

The initial phase of the project includes the Medical Claims department, and is expected to grow to address the needs of the Member Services, Executive Directors, Pension Services, Record Retention and other departments areas within 1199.
