Today, TCS America made the following announcements:
-- Financial Results. In the United States, 2000-2001 revenues grew by 85
percent from the previous year, and currently account for over 65 percent of
TCS' overall worldwide revenue. TCS America will continue to target Fortune
1000 firms for the majority of its business. Currently, the company serves the
IT and strategy consulting needs of 74 of the Fortune 500 U.S. companies,
including seven of the Fortune 10.

-- Recruitment and Workforce. Unfazed by the slowdown in the IT sector, TCS
America is continuing its aggressive recruitment plan for hiring new
professionals in North America. The company has created a rigorous training
program, based in Phoenix, Arizona, for new recruits. In the entire history of
TCS America, not one software developer has ever been laid off. TCS America
will recruit only the top graduates and post graduates from the world's leading
universities, plus only the finest of available professional hires.

-- U.S. Infrastructure. During the past 60 days, TCS America opened six new
offices in the United States - in Lansing (Mich.), Philadelphia (Pa.), Portland
(Ore.), Richmond (Va.), Salt Lake City (Utah), and Harrisburg (Pa.); and other
locations are under consideration as well. TCS America's expansion will allow
the company to increase its exposure to its Fortune 1000 client base. TCS
America, after adding these six new offices, will have 40 marketing offices,
eight Development Centers and two Client Data centers in North America.

-- Emphasis on "Strategy Consulting." TCS will continue to focus on its

-- National Branding Campaign. Over the next sixth months TCS America will
unveil its first-ever national branding campaign for North America. The
campaign will introduce "TCS America," the North American operation of TCS, and
