1105 Media Acquires Education Plaza.


CHATSWORTH, Calif. -- 1105 Media, Inc., announced today that it has acquired Education Plaza, the first web-based, state-specific resource and information center designed to assist K-12 administrators with their purchasing decisions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
