110 Media Group, Inc. Completes Disposition of Jade Entertainment; Company Expects $800,000 Annual Saving.

PATCHOUGE, N.Y. -- 110 Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:OTEN) announced today that it had completed the disposition of all issued and outstanding shares of common stock of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jade Entertainment Group, Inc. ("Jade"), on August 19, 2005, to Mr. Raymond Barton and Mr. Tim Schmidt, former officers and directors of the Company. Jade was acquired in December 2003.

"The Company expects that the disposition of Jade will result in the reduction of expenses of approximately $800,000 annually, and represents the first in a series of actions to be taken by 110 Media to refocus its core business model," stated Darren Cioffi, 110 Media Group CFO.

The Company will continue to operate its Web1000 division providing free web-hosting to over 600,000 customers worldwide. As previously reported, this part of the Company's business is under the new management of Global Portals Online, Inc. (formerly Personal Portals Online). Global Portals Online, Inc. is a commercial software and portal development group located in Orlando, Florida.

The Web1000 division offers free hosting accounts to webmasters in exchange for promotion and advertising opportunities to web visitors (also known as "traffic") who come through those web sites.

110 Media through the technology of Global Portals Online has begun the process of geo-tracking several million site visitors each day with advanced web surfer profiling software. "Now we can serve up targeted advertisement and products to the traffic by interests, language, and credit card systems they would pay through, etc., thus greatly monetizing the value of this commodity," stated Cioffi.
