San Francisco-based Jamba Juice and Fast Frame will locate adjacent to Togo's and Baskin Robbins. In Crossing Palms, a Valencia Bank & Trust branch will open in a new building facing 10th Street West. Cupid's will be located in a new building facing Rancho Vista Boulevard.
