11,000 s/f deal signed at Solow's pre-built gem in 9 W 57th Street.


Ingres Corporation, a leading business open source database company, signed a new lease for 11,000 Sq. Ft. They will occupy a portion of the 15th floor at 9 West 57th West 57th can refer to:
  • West 57th Street, a street in New York City
  • West 57th (news magazine), a news magazine program which aired on the CBS Television Network from 1985 to 1989
 Street.

Ingres chose 9 West 57th because it had an extraordinary prebuilt pre·built  
adj.
Of, relating to, or constituting a structure or a portion of a structure that is constructed or assembled before being transported to its site of installation; prefabricated: a prebuilt home. 
 space allowing for immediate occupancy in a stellar asset. The building, owned by Solow Building The Solow Building, located at 9 West 57th Street, is a skyscraper located in Manhattan just west of 5th Avenue, sandwiched between the 57th and 58th Street.
