Effective May 1, 2003, Mr. Noack joined 1031 Exchange Options as Chief Executive Officer. In response to its explosive growth, 1031 Exchange Options will leverage Mr. Noack's experience and administrative skills to manage the company's 300% annual growth rate. In his new capacity, Mr. Noack is chartered with building the foundation that will facilitate this rapid growth and further expand the company's national presence.
