The property was acquired for $15.6 million and is currently 92.5% occupied.

Mission University Place is a 276-unit apartment community also located in the University City area of Charlotte. Acquired for $16 million, the property's amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, and a tennis court. The property is currently 92.4% occupied.

Courtney Creek is a 280-unit apartment community acquired for $23.9 million. The property is located in Durham, North Carolina Durham is a city in the U.S. state of North Carolina. It is the county seat of Durham CountyGR6 and is the fourth-largest city in the state by population. , part of the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area, which is home to the State Capital and 31 colleges and universities, including Duke, UNC (Universal Naming Convention) A standard for identifying servers, printers and other resources in a network, which originated in the Unix community.
