5 Trampoline trampoline

Resilient sheet or web (often of nylon) supported by springs in a metal frame and used as a springboard and landing area in tumbling. Trampolining is an individual sport of acrobatic movements performed after rebounding into the air from the trampoline.

7 Join the Ster Century Ster Century was a cinema company in Ireland and the UK. Or head down to the skate park behind Western Leisure Centre, Ely. If you live in Pentwyn, there is a skate park alongside the leisure centre, on Bryn Celyn Road.

13 Watch a re-enactment display of the Bowmen of the Rose in the grounds of Caerphilly Castle Caerphilly Castle (Welsh: Castell Caerfili) is a Norman castle that dominates the centre of the town of Caerphilly in south Wales. 14 Make your own pot pourri and lavender sachets at Llancaiach Fawr Llancaiach Fawr is a Tudor manor house near the town of Caerphilly in south Wales, which is now a museum of living history.

19 Hire rowing and pedal boats at Roath Park Coordinates:  Roath Park (Welsh: Parc y Rhath) Cardiff, Wales, is Cardiff's most popular park which still retains a classic Victorian atmosphere and boasts a wide variety of facilities.  Lake between 11am and 7.30pm for pounds 2.80 per half hour, or board the Roath Pride for a trip around the lake costing 70p for children.

21 Cycle the Taff Trail The Taff Trail is a popular walking and cycle path that runs for 55 miles between Cardiff Bay and Brecon in Wales. It is so named because it follows the course of the River Taff. . Bicycle group Sustrans marked the route from Mermaid Quay Mermaid Quay is a commercial and tourist area of Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, Wales.

A relatively new area of the city due to the regeneration of the Bay, it is shaped by the many restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, entertainment venues and the large marina.

87 Pitch and putt Pitch and putt is an amateur sport, similar to golf, played and developed mainly in Ireland since the 1940s. 91 Get on to the athletics track next month with Rhondda Cynon Taf council's Star Track programme. 97 Arts and crafts arts and crafts, term for that general field of applied design in which hand fabrication is dominant.
