The forum, which is part of Court TV's Choices and Consequences public service initiative, will involve school principals, teachers and psychologists, as well as Members of Congress and representatives of State and local government. The forum will take place from 12:00 noon until 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 19th, in the theater of The School of Creative and Performing Arts, a magnet high school located at 2425 Dusk Drive in San Diego.
