100,000 s/f Madison Avenue expansion for Nixon Peabody.


SageGroupAssociates, a division of Sage Realty Corporation, announced that it's long-time tenant, the law firm Nixon Peabody LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , signed an amendment to its lease to expand its existing space 437 Madison Avenue.

With its 18,250 s/f expansion, Nixon Peabody's New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 office will occupy 101,450 s/f and six floors at 437 Madison Avenue. The law firm has been a tenant since 1994. Nixon Peabody is one of the largest multi-practice law firms in the U.S. and has been recognized by Fortune magazine as one of the top 100 companies to work for in both 2006 and 2007.

"We are pleased to count one of the nation's premier law firms among our tenants," said Sage managing director Greg Gang, who along with managing director Michael Lenchner, negotiated the lease. "Nixon Peabody has been a valued tenant since 1994, so we are thrilled to be able to accommodate their growth at 437 Madison."
