100% occupancy reached at Bergenfield Biz Center.

George Kessel Associates has leased 3,600 square feet of two new tenants at the Bergenfield Business Center, bringing occupancy at the four-building complex to 100 percent, announced Jeffrey Kessel, partner.

Consultants for Medical Imaging, a company specializing in medical equipment repair, is moving into 1,600 square feet, and Wandix International, importers of upscale toy and gift items, will occupy 2,000 square feet. Paul Lally of CB Snyder Real Estate in Paramus acted as broker for Consultants for Medical Imaging.

Bergenfield Business Center is a 31,000-square-foot commercial complex that houses a wide variety of businesses. The original structure dates back to the early 1900's when it served as the headquarters of Bergen County Iron Works, the forerunner of Kessel Associates. The company's extensive renovations of the property created a modern, multi-tenant facility with self-contained units, on-site parking and loading doors. Kessel earned a citation from the borough of Bergenfield for the Center's contribution to its economic redevelopment.

A past recipient of the NJ NAIOP Division II Developer of the Year Award, George Kessel Associates has been involved in more than 1 million square feet of commercial developments in northern New Jersey. The firm handles all aspects of development including site selection and acquisition, planning, construction, leasing and management.

Kessel's other properties include its signature development, the 47-acre Commercenter/Totowa business park, the 77,000-square-foot Commercenter/-Fairfield complex, and the 80,000-square-foot Commercenter/Mahwah building.
