TEEN Jodie Pringle Pringle is a Scottish surname, and may refer to:

 is the ultimate super pupil.

She's never had a cold, a stomach bug or suffered a broken limb.

The 16-year-old is about to leave school, after sitting her GCSEs, with a 100% attendance record for an incredible 11 years.

The Lord Lawson of Beamish School pupil, from Kibblesworth, Gateshead, hasn't missed a day of lessons since she started primary, aged five.

During her time at Kibblesworth Primary, Jodie was struck down with chickenpox chickenpox

Jodie said: "I just enjoying coming to school. I like the lessons and I like seeing my friends. I never get ill so I've never needed any time off.

"I think my friends and teachers are pleased for me." Her proud mum, Dawn Pringle, who has two younger daughters, Bethany, 14, and

Nadine, eight, said: "She's a very happy-go-lucky girl who has always enjoyed school.

"She is rarely ill but when she does feel poorly it's usually at the weekend, which she thinks is really unlucky.

"I think it's a great achievement to never have missed a day of school, especially in this day and age." Jodie will be leaving Lord Lawson after her exams and she plans to continue her studies in mechanics, art, and leisure and tourism at Gateshead College.

She has already been studying mechanics at the college part-time, while studying for her GCSEs.

Jodie said: "The course will take two years and I hope to run my own garage one day. I think it would be really good to have my own business." Her mum added: "She has always had an interest in mechanics. She's loved every minute of the mechanics course." Lord Lawson's assistant headteacher, Steve Turner Steve Turner may refer to someone:
