10-YEAR-OLD LEARNS IT CAN PAY TO CHARM, NOT FIGHT, CITY HALL.

Josh Iniguez already has persuaded the city of Santa Clarita to spend more money on a park for his East Newhall neighborhood and crack down on landlords who illegally convert garages into apartments.

Now the 10-year-old has two free Dodgers field-level tickets, courtesy of city officials impressed by the boy's plea for neighborhood improvements during a council meeting earlier this week.

``Josh is a pretty brave guy,'' said city spokesman Kevin Tonoian, who has pledged two of his own season tickets. ``It takes a lot of courage for anyone, let alone a 10-year-old, to address the council.''

On Tuesday, Josh decided not to use his tickets for a game between the Los Angeles Dodgers "Dodgers" and "Brooklyn Dodgers" redirect here.
