10-K Wizard Adds Searching and Alerting on 9 Regulatory Resources

The newly released database consolidates nine disparate sources of regulatory information. Consolidating the data enables users to utilize simple keywords or complex Boolean expressions to find and monitor the evolutionary path of regulations from a variety of related sources. Alerting delivers a pro-active updates on any of these sources. Currently, the database contains proposed and final SEC rules, PCAOB proposed rules, speeches from the SEC Chairman and Commissioner as well as Commission Staff, exemptive orders, and interpretive and concept releases. Other sources are expected to be added over the coming months.
