10 things that make me happy in my career.


1. Making a difference.

"This career gives me the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Providing them with the opportunity to live in affordable housing is wonderful."

2. Teaching others.

"I teach classes at the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. It's great to be able to share stories, experiences and ideas with others in the field. Plus, it gives me the opportunity to network!"

3. The people.

"You never know who you're going to meet! I love meeting new people and hearing their stories about what brought them to my community."

4. It's never boring.

"No two days are alike. A day at work makes me think of Forrest Gump's famous quote: 'Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna gon·na
