10 terrorists killed, all abducted students recovered: ISPR.

RAWALPINDI, 04 June, 2009 (Frontier Star) -- All remaining kidnapped students and teachers who were in the custody of terrorists have been recovered and in last 24 hours, 10 terrorists were killed and 6 apprehended while 1 soldier embraced shahadat and 2 soldiers were injured. According to ISPR all remaining kidnapped students and teachers who were in the custody of terrorists have been recovered and safely flown to Bannu in an Army helicopter. In last 24 hours, 10 terrorists were killed and 6 apprehended while 6 hideouts were destroyed in various areas of Swat and Buner. 1 soldier embraced shahadat and 2 soldiers were injured. Security forces after successfully securing Charbagh have been able to establish link up with forces coming from Gulibagh at Dakorak. Own troops engaged fleeing miscreants at a check post at Shangla, resultantly 6 terrorists were killed and 4 were apprehended. 4 miscreants were killed and 2 were apprehended in Baidarra, North West of Khawazakhela, ISPR said. Due to unprovoked firing by terrorists 2 soldiers were injured at Soko Kandao near Malam Jabba. Lower Dir. Terrorists fire raided at Lal Qila, which was effectively responded, terrorists suffered heavy casualties, 1 soldier embraced Shahadat. During search operation in the surrounding areas of Pir Baba 6 terrorists hideouts were destroyed.
