Express Auction announced that its New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 office will auction 10 commercial and investment properties over the next month throughout the greater New York metropolitan region.

The properties to be auctioned during the next month include two joined eight-unit apartment buildings in the Bronx Bronx, river, c.20 mi (30 km) long, issuing from Kensico Reservoir, SE N.Y., and flowing SW through the Bronx into the East River. The Bronx River Parkway, one of the first limited-access highways in the New York City area, parallels a portion of the river.  ; a 19,650 s/f commercial building with office space in Queens; Three vacant properties in Brooklyn Brooklyn (brk`lĭn), borough of New York City (1990 pop. 2,300,664), 71 sq mi (184 sq km), coextensive with Kings co., SE N.Y.  for auction; a nine-unit apartment building in Staten Island Staten Island (1990 pop. 378,977), 59 sq mi (160 sq km), SE N.Y., in New York Bay, SW of Manhattan, forming Richmond co. of New York state and the borough of Staten Island of New York City.  and; three investment properties in Camden, N.J..

Express Auction, based in Baltimore Baltimore, city (1990 pop. 736,014), N central Md., surrounded by but politically independent of Baltimore co., on the Patapsco River estuary, an arm of Chesapeake Bay; inc. 1745. , which sold more than 4,000 commercial and investment properties in 2004 in the greater Baltimore region, opened its Northeast Division with an office in New York in December 2003.

Over the last 18 months its Northeast Division has sold office buildings, former medical facilities, retail locations, lots, industrial buildings and multiunit apartment buildings.

By the end of July, Express Auctions' New York office expects to have auctioned 18 properties this year.
