6 Moroccan Said Belqola Said Belqola (Arabic: سعيد بلقولة) (born August 30, 1956 – died June 15, 2002) was the football referee from Morocco in the 1998 FIFA World Cup final between Brazil and  will become the first referee from Africa to take charge of a final.

8 Argentina's Marcelo Trobbiani Marcelo Antonio Trobbiani (b. February 17, 1955 in Casilda, Santa Fe Province) is an Argentine football (soccer) coach and a former player. He is the current assistant coach of Boca Juniors.  picked up a winner's medal for two minutes' work - he was an 88th-minute sub v West Germany in 1986.

9 Brazil's Garrincha was allowed to play in the 1962 final, despite a sending-off in the semi-final.
