The Valley College winners are Ramela Dadayan, 19, of Northridge; Srbui Dertsakyan, 19, of North Hollywood; Jacqueline Soriano, 17, of North Hollywood; Janelle Mendez, 18, of Van Nuys; and Charmaine Manalo, 18, of North Hollywood.

Pierce College In 2006 the Library won a national Excellence award. Academics
Pierce College offers associate's degrees, mainly in the arts and sciences. There are also certificate programs in early childhood education, social services, dental hygienist, and others.
