10 Gigabit Ethernet Revenues Soar; 2Q06 Results Blow Past Billion Dollar Annual Run Rate.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- A recently published report from Dell'Oro Group, the trusted source for market information about the networking and telecommunications industries, reveals that the 10 Gigabit Ethernet Switch market grew substantially in the second quarter of 2006, following lackluster results in the prior quarter. The report indicates that the modular -- or chassis -- segment rebounded to drive most of the quarter's strong results.
