10 Bank St. gets Manhattan tenant.

Kenneth Kirshenbaum & Co. has leased 1,931 square feet at Ten Bank Street, White Plains, it was announced by Rostenberg-Doern Company, Inc. exclusive agent for the owner, Homart Development.

Ten Bank Street, a 219,383-square-foot granite and glass building is located one block from the White Plains Transportation Center.

Kenneth Kirshenbaum & Co., formerly Mark L. Kirshenbaum & Co., has been located in Manhattan for 45 years. The executive offices will be moved to White Plains, with satellite offices maintained in Manhattan and Chappaqua. William V. Cuddy, Jr. and John P. Hannigan of Rostenberg-Doern Company handled the transaction.
