10,821 Consumers Received OPH Health Assessments in December.

Mr. George Fleming, CEO and Founder of One Person Health Sciences Inc. (OPH), is pleased to announce that 10,821 consumers completed OPH's Personal Nutrition Health Assessment during the month of December, which is an 80% increase over November's total of 5,987. A total of 34,109 Assessments have been delivered since launch in March of 2004, of which over 76% have been delivered since September.

102% increase in Visits

Over the past month the Company has also seen an increase of 102% in the number of visits to OPH's website www.onepersonhealth.com. The total number of visits during December was 203,282 compared to November's total of 100,574 and October's total of 74,439.

The Personal Nutrition Assessment

The Personal Nutrition Health Assessment asks consumers 70 detailed questions related to their health, diet, lifestyle, elimination, medical conditions, and medications. Consumers completing the questionnaire also provide OPH with personal and contact information. The assessment questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and once finished consumers are provided a free Health Risk Report or one of OPH's proprietary ONEMed(TM) health condition reports, three of which have been launched to date: ONEMed(TM) High Cholesterol/Statin report, the ONEMed(TM) Cardiovascular Disease Report and the ONEMed(TM) High Blood Pressure report.

Over 80% with Medical Conditions or on Medication

Over 80% of consumers completing the Personal Nutrition Health Assessment indicate that they are on medication or have a medical condition. The assessment includes detailed lists of medications and asks consumers to record the prescriptions they are currently taking as well as their primary and secondary medical conditions. Since launching the medication and medical condition section of the of the Personal Nutrition Health Assessment in September 2004, OPH has built a database of over 20,000 consumers who have indicated they have a medical condition and/or are taking specific medications.

OPH has launched the first three of a series of specialized reports targeted at consumers with specific medical conditions; the ONEMed(TM) High Cholesterol/Statin report, the ONEMed(TM) Cardiovascular Disease Report and the ONEMed(TM) High Blood Pressure report.

The ONEMed(TM) reports expand on the scope of information generated by the Company's general health assessment and are designed with current pharmacology practices in mind, offering supportive therapies and protocols to be utilized in conjunction with traditional medications and practices. ONEMed(TM) reports also deliver personalized advice on therapeutic diets, lifestyle improvements, exercise, cooking, hydration and elimination. After analyzing the prescriptions currently being used by an individual, OPH provides up to date information on known interactions and nutrient deficiencies associated with the selected medications. In addition it provides a comprehensive list of supplements to help improve the condition including condition specific supplements, a list of supplements required to offset the consumers personal nutrient deficiencies and of those nutrients they must avoid due to serious drug-nutrient interactions caused by their medications
