10,000 s/f deal at Hamden Center.Allstate Insurance Company has signed a new lease for 10,000 s/f on the third floor of Hamden Center One, the 110,000 s/f Class A office building at 2319 Whitney Avenue in Hamden, Connecticut. Michael Belfonti, President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. of Belfonti Associates, made the announcement. A Belfonti-related entity, 2319 Hamden Center I, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol. LLC - Logical Link Control , has owned Hamden Center One for over a decade. Allstate is expected to occupy the building by June 2006, and a custom tenant build-out of the space has al ready begun. Tim Fegan of CB Richard Ellis' Connecticut office represented the owner in the transaction. John J. Morris III of CB Richard Ellis' Chicago office represented the tenant Allstate joins a stellar roster of well known national tenants such as IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company.
