Backbone Communications Inc. introduces 1.5 Meg high-speed Internet See broadband.  service including free T-1 local loop for $595 per month.

Pricing currently available to businesses within five miles of Backbone's 23 nationwide Points of Presence (POPs) with wholesale pricing available to businesses beyond five miles.
