Heitman LLC, the multi national real estate investment firm, has bought three warehouse/distribution, logistics portfolios in Europe worth over $100 million.

Heitman acquired two of the portfolios on behalf of its Crescent Euro Industrial II joint venture.

The first portfolio consists of a newly developed logistics park in Bologna, Italy containing 300,000 s/ f of warehouse and office space, which is 100% occupied on a long-term lease. The second portfolio consists of two properties in France and the third, Zeran Park, is located in Warsaw, Poland, and was acquired on behalf of Heitman's Central Europe Property Fund II.

Realty chose the Graybar Building because of its location, large floor plates, direct access to all public transportation and quality of ownership.
