1.25-acre park built by Muss Development. (Residential).


Tilyou Playground at Oceana, a 1.25-acre public park built by Muss Development Company, has officially opened adjacent to Oceana Condominum and Club, the developer's showcase oceanfront residential community in Brighton Beach Coordinates:  Brighton Beach is a community on Coney Island in the borough of Brooklyn in New York City. .

The spectacular public facility features a "tot lot" area for toddlers, a playground for older children, and a picturesque section with beautiful landscaping, sloped lawns, winding paths, flower gardens and a sitting area with benches, notes developer Joshua L. Muss.
