1-800-FLOWERS.COM has seen customer repeat rates increase due to the convenience of buying floral and non-floral gifts using online, telephone and retail channels provided by the company. NeuLion and its product SAVANNA are an important component in the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM service oriented architecture. This architecture supports the company's expansion of sales channels and products, increasing top line revenue by:
