The acquisition was completed on Monday, March 28, 2005 after a final vote of Cheryl & Co. shareholders. When combined with its other food gift offerings, the Company said the acquisition will increase its annual revenues in the fast growing Food, Wine and Gift Basket category to more than $100 million.
