1 in 30 of Florida's Registered Voters are Possibly Either Dead or Long Gone.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 8, 2000

Giving a whole new meaning to the term "absentee One who has left, either temporarily or permanently, his or her domicile or usual place of residence or business.
